Increase of new energy power generation rate in Hebei during the "12th Five Year Plan" period

According to the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the 12th Five Year Plan for the development of electric power in Hebei Province will be released recently. According to the plan, by 2015, the installed power generation capacity of Hebei Province will reach 65.65 million kilowatts, and the proportion of new energy power generation in the installed power generation capacity of the province will reach 15%, 8 percentage points higher than that in 2010.

It is understood that during the "12th Five Year Plan" period, Hebei Province accelerated the construction of heat and power cogeneration units with a unit capacity of 300000 kilowatts and above in central cities to improve the urban atmospheric environment. According to the average increase of 1 to 2 cogeneration units in each district and city, Hebei Province will build 15 new cogeneration projects with a total installed power generation capacity of 10.5 million kilowatts.

During the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period, Hebei Province will vigorously promote the construction of a 10 million kilowatt wind power base to ensure that the second phase of the Zhangjiakou 1 million kilowatt wind power base project is 1.5 million kilowatts and the Chengde 1 million kilowatt wind power base is put into operation. We will accelerate the development and utilization of coastal and offshore wind energy resources, start the construction of the coastal and offshore megawatt wind power demonstration project, and develop decentralized wind power according to local conditions. Focusing on Zhangjiakou and Chengde, we will focus on the construction of a batch of large-scale photovoltaic power stations with 10000 kilowatts and above of complementary solar energy, and strive to put into operation the 100000 kilowatt photovoltaic power station of Zhangjiakou National Solar Energy Storage and Transmission Demonstration Project.

In terms of nuclear power, we will continue to support CGN, CNNC, Huadian, Huaneng and other group companies to carry out the preliminary work of nuclear power projects in Chengde, Qinhuangdao, Cangzhou, Tangshan and other regions, and strive to start construction of two projects with good conditions.

In addition, during the "12th Five Year Plan" period, Hebei Province will invest 165.2 billion yuan accumulatively to build 4 1000 kV substations with 3424 kilometers of lines; One new UHV DC converter station, with 1855 km of UHV DC lines; 29 500kV substations with 3629km lines will be built and expanded; 138 220 kV substations with 9546 km lines will be built and expanded; 410 new 110kV substations and 5832km lines have been built and expanded, basically forming a strong power grid with reasonable structure and efficient operation. The total investment is 1.85 times of the grid investment during the 11th Five Year Plan period.
